Welcome to LOOP PARADE. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You may not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, or interference with the website or other customers.

Products, prices, and payment

We offer bag charms and accessories. Please review the product description and selected color before ordering. Colors displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the physical product.

All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. If a pricing error, stock issue, or other problem prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected items. We will not charge an additional amount without your consent.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship only to the United States, to addresses accepted at checkout. We offer Free Home Delivery, with estimated arrival in 7–14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery information.

Please check your address carefully before submitting an order. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date, and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once processing has started, and we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations after shipment. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains assistance for incorrect items, damaged deliveries, and lost packages. We do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind or no longer want the item. Please review the full policy before purchasing.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission. The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment and delivery services. Their relevant terms and privacy notices may also apply when you use their services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the store and your orders.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to orders already placed.
