At LOOP PARADE, we provide support for incorrect items, damaged deliveries, and lost packages. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States.

When a refund or replacement is available

• Incorrect item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Damaged delivery: Please inspect your order on arrival and report shipping damage within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the claim.
• Lost package: If your package has not arrived and the tracking information has not updated for more than 15 calendar days, contact us. We treat this as a lost-package claim eligible for a refund or replacement after verifying the tracking information.

For an approved claim, we will arrange a refund or replacement with you. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve delivery claims; the 3-day reporting request does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law, including for defects that could not reasonably be discovered on arrival.

Change of mind and cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind, do not like the item, or no longer want it. Please review the product details and your selected color before purchasing.

To request a change or cancellation before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations after an order has shipped. These conditions do not affect cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Incorrect addresses and unsuccessful delivery

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address and contact information. Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer or the recipient being unreachable are not eligible for a refund or free replacement under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if this happens so we can review the available options.

How to request help

Email loopparade.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or tracking details.

Please contact us before mailing anything back. If a return is needed for an approved incorrect-item or damaged-delivery claim, we will provide return instructions and arrange return shipping at no cost to you. Do not send a return to the address on the package without our instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. We will confirm the refund by email.

Shipping delays and your rights

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law. You do not need to wait for the lost-package threshold to exercise a right provided by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those rights apply.
